Cancellations & Refunds

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with prior notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be provided at the discretion of management and according to the specific circumstances of the booking.

Service Limitations

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other visitors, and property. Any inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior may result in refusal of service or removal from the premises.
